She was born and raised in Lenoir, where she lives to this day with her two children, Cameron and Emma, and two fur babies, Sassy and North. On the weekends, she loves to spend time outdoors – hiking, camping, canoeing, fishing, swimming, and gardening.

Kristy Shew
Certified Dental Assistant
Kristy received her Dental Assisting degree from Wilkes Community College in 1994. A high country native from Boone, she has been married to Kerry since 2000 and they have two daughters together, Emma and Ella. Kristy enjoys spending time with her family and vacationing at the beach. She believes that going to the dentist doesn’t have to be scary: “I like helping patients have a good experience."

Amy Haney
Certified Dental Assistant
Amy Haney is a dental assistant with 25 years of experience. She is a native of Lenoir, but plans to be at the coast by retirement. Her family consists of a daughter, Carrington; a son, Noah, and his wife Bryanna; and her grand-dog Cleo Mae. As an extreme extrovert, Amy has plenty of girlfriends she loves to go out with, whether that be hiking, visiting wineries, travelling, watching football (Panthers all the way!) or just spending time together. She loves to see her patients smile.

Amy Coffey
Front Desk
Amy has been working in dentistry for 23 years. A native of Valdese, NC, she has been in the Granite Falls and Lenoir areas since 2004, where she currently lives with her husband, Russell. She has a grown daughter, Gracie, who works as a teacher in the Caldwell County school system, and a spoiled basset hound, Dolly. When she’s not working, Amy enjoys reading, scrapbooking, camping, visiting different NC towns, and attending and volunteering with her church.

Victoria Anderson
Front Desk
Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, Victoria is new both to the High Country and to the dental industry. She moved to her little cottage in the woods about two years ago with her cats, Bastet and Morwen. In her free time, Victoria loves to read anything and everything. She also enjoys any kind of craft relating to textiles: knitting, crocheting, spinning, sewing, embroidery, tatting – you name it, she’s probably tried it! She’ll often put on an audiobook and enjoy both hobbies at once.
